Opened first Pawn Shop in January 1979 (Main Street Pawn Shop) in Pine Bluff, Ar. Moved to Rhinehart Rd. and renamed our shop (Sue’s Pawn Shop). My wife Sue was running the shop while I was working for the Sheriff’s Dept. After I retired I worked with her until I opened the 2nd Sue’s Pawn Shop in Benton, Ar. After about 2 yrs. we sold the Pine Bluff Shop.
